Lynn Taylor is a notable beauty industry expert who has worked for over 30 years with global brands from concept to shelf. Whilst in London she was tapped as a beauty expert to Cult Beauty and Charlotte Tilbury. This led to the development of OM skincare from concept to shelf and placement in the luxury retailer Space NK as well as launched MeetMilu into Feelunique owned by Sephora.

In addition to this, Lynn was engaged by Daniel Galvin’s Double Trouble brand which was the fastest listing at Target all 1780 stores. In the US, she worked with Macys head of beauty on a new e-commerce platform positioning and launching SMD cosmetics, Axiology, Lord and Berry, Foxy Bae and Tip Beauty. Lynn was also hired by Winky Lux to expand their retail footprint on HSN to reach a wider audience prior to their acquisition.   She achieved that same by positioning Marula and Lord&Berry on QVC. Lynn then launched brands on “Shopshops”, the 1st US based-global shopping app for beauty and lifestyle, negotiating live streams with luxury retailer CosBar, Sugar Bear Hair, and Margaret Dabs.

Andreea Radutoiu is a gifted photographer and visual storyteller for fashion and beauty brands with clients including Halston, GAP, James and Suzy Amis Camero, P&J Olay, and O.P.I.  In addition to this Andreea is an active donor of her art works.  Raising awareness for nonprofits PhaseOne LA (cancer research) and A21 against human trafficking.  A former model who worked for a decade in New York, Paris, and Tokyo, Andreea’s experience enables her to elevate brands and bring their vision to life.
